1.1.1 Netscape

Netscape is a popular browser program for the World Wide Web. Netscape is invoked from the command line with the command (surprise, surprise!) netscape. There is plenty of online information available on how to use Netscape, so this page will just serve to take you there.

At the risk of seeming redundant (if you are already running Netscape), here is what the control area of the Netscape window looks like:

For instructions on how to use Netscape, press on . You might want to skip the "Heartwarming Introduction", and move straight to Learn Netscape. It has a much better signal to noise ratio.
